Vintage Brass Knot Studs

Vintage brass knots with surgical steel posts and backs Just over 1/4" x 1/4" What is deadstock jewelry? These pieces were manufactured more than 30 years ago, but never made it out of the factory. I have rescued them and cleaned them up.
